Sterling - Shaft seal type MTSS
MTSS
type seals were primarily designed for tube and S type mini turbines but can be
utilised on any type of machine, both horizontal and vertical, within the speed
and pressure limits of the seal. All seals are custom designed, fully split and
the external seal faces make maintenance especially quick and easy. The main
wearing face is made from a special composite material that will regenerate
mutually conforming seal faces if damaged by abrasive particles.
